Edgewell seeks a Junior Manager Controllership to lead LATAM close processes, ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance, and partner with commercial and ops teams. Formación

• Experience in LATAM controllership and monthly closings.
• Strong IFRS, US GAAP and local GAAP knowledge.
• Proven ability to interact with cross-functional partners.
• Minimum 5 years in finance; 2+ years in controllership.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between markets and controllership function.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to commercial, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Present results to senior management in English and Spanish.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
• Lead monthly closings for LATAM entities and ensure accuracy.
• Support external audits and IFRS/US GAAP disclosures.
