MAVI seeks an experienced Controller to own the accounting function for a high-growth US company, working remotely from LATAM. You will manage the close, prepare US GAAP financials, and lead the accounting team while partnering with leadership across functions.

You will rebuild processes, establish controls, and coordinate audits and tax with external firms, ensuring timely, accurate reporting for executives and boards.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership of an accounting team.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close under US GAAP with accountability for calendar, output quality, and cycle time.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
