Brink’s Inc in Colombia seeks a Regional Controller for the Andean and Caribbean region. You will lead accounting close, ensure controls, and manage regional reporting aligned with corporate policies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in controllership, accounting and financial reporting, with English proficiency and experience in multinational settings. Prior Big Four exposure is valued.

Formación

• A professional degree as an Auditor Accountant is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting processes, financial controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Experience in multinational companies and regional environments.
• Big Four experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Regional Controller for the Andean and Caribbean region, who will be responsible for leading accounting processes, financial controls, and regional reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information aligned with corporate policies.

We are seeking a professional with strong experience in Controllership, Accounting, and Financial Reporting, with the ability to lead teams and thrive in regional, multinational, and matrixed organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close processes.
• Oversee account reconciliations, accruals, general ledger activities, and balance sheet and P&L analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting controls and corporate policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, controls, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• A professional degree as an Auditor Accountant (Contador Auditor) is a mandatory requirement. Candidates with other academic backgrounds will not be considered.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting processes, financial controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Experience in multinational companies and regional environments.
• Previous experience with a Big Four firm is highly desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial tools. Experience with Hyperion will be valued.
