Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a Junior Manager Controllership for LATAM to oversee monthly close, IFRS/US GAAP compliance, and balance sheet analysis across LATAM entities. The role partners with commercial and operational teams and drives process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a accounting degree, 5+ years in finance, and fluency in English, with experience in SAP, HFM and BlackLine and a proactive, analytic mindset.

Formación

• Accounting degree is required.
• Experience with SAP, HFM and BlackLine.
• Strong IFRS, US GAAP and local GAAP knowledge.
• At least 5 years in finance.
• At least 2 years in controllership.
• Fluent English in conversation and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between local markets and regional/corporate controllership.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to commercial, supply chain and operations teams.
• Present results and insights to senior management in English and Spanish.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure IFRS and US GAAP disclosures and proper balance sheet analysis.
