Celltrion Inc seeks an experienced finance professional to manage payment processes, cash flow monitoring, and accounts payable for LATAM entities (Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Chile). You will handle weekly bookkeeping, review supplier documents, and coordinate with HQ Global Treasury to ensure timely payments and compliance with corporate policies.

2–5 years in finance and a degree in accounting is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial area.
• Former Accounting/Finance team member preferred.
• Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare payment journals and review approvals for LATAM entities (Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Chile).
• Update the daily cashbook, weekly cash performance & plan and payment processing for LATAM entities.
• Responsible for account payables related to intercompany transactions including the payment schedule management.
• Support and train LATAM entities’ employees in the use of approval system.
• Review corporate card settlements for Colombia entity.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree, Major in accounting and Taxation preferred

Responsible for managing payment processes, cash flow monitoring, and accounts payable activities for LATAM entities (Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Chile), ensuring timely and accurate financial operations. Supports intercompany transactions, corporate expense compliance, and provides training and assistance to employees in the use of corporate systems and tools.

• Prepare payment journals in the accounting system and review approvals for LATAM entities (Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Chile)
• Responsible for updating the daily cashbook, weekly cash performance & plan and payment processing for LATAM entities (Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Chile).
• Responsible for account payables related to intercompany transactions including the payment schedule management and late payment interest calculations.
• Support and train LATAM entities’ employees in the use of approval system.
• Responsible for reviewing corporate card settlements for Colombia entites

For LATAM

• Perform weekly bookkeeping in accounting system for payment processing.
• Review accounting documents, including Supplier registrations, and approval, in accordance with internal procedures.
• Monitor and update daily cashbook records, weekly cash performance reports, and cash plans.
• Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage account payables related to intercompany transactions including the payment schedule management, late payment interest calculations, and coordination with the HQ Global Treasury team and related parties.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on the use of approval system.

For Colombia

• Assists in filing the several tax returns (For example, corporate income tax, VAT and withholding taxes and so on) under local tax laws.
• Review and verify corporate card settlements for the Colombia entity, ensuring supporting documents and compliance with company policies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Major in accounting and Taxation preferred
• 2~5 years of experience in financial area.
• Former Accounting/Finance team member preferred.
• Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
