Job summary

Concentrix in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Specialist, Staff Counsel to provide specialized legal advice in commercial and contractual matters across LATAM. The role includes leading review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with local and international partners.

You will ensure regulatory compliance in each country, support multiple business areas on contractual issues, and coordinate with external law firms. Strong LATAM-focused legal experience and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

Law degree with a valid professional license.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in commercial contracting.
Advanced English proficiency (B2+), with fluent oral and written communication.
Strong knowledge of commercial, civil, contractual, and mercantile law.
Experience in LATAM-focused legal management in multinational environments.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
High level of commitment and responsibility is required.

Responsibilities

Negotiate, draft, and review civil, commercial, and mercantile contracts with local and international counterparts.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations in each country of the region.
Provide legal support to various business areas on contractual matters.
Coordinate with external law firms to manage legal matters in other countries.
Mitigate contractual risks by implementing internal legal models, policies, and processes.
Participate in strategic decision-making, considering both legal and commercial perspectives.
