Qualifications

• Law degree and admission to practice in LATAM or a US jurisdiction.
• 1–2 years of commercial, corporate, or transactional experience at a law firm or in‑house.
• Fully fluent in English; fluent Spanish; able to read/draft US‑law contracts.
• Hands‑on exposure to drafting or reviewing commercial contracts in English.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude to support legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate NDAs, orders, SOWs, and SaaS/marketing agreements.
• Draft first drafts of merchant agreements and amendments; handle redlines with guidance.
• Identify exposure terms and summarize them for deal teams and senior counsel.
• Provide day‑to‑day contract guidance to Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Run contracts through Claude‑enabled workflows and help improve templates.
