Job summary

Keyrus is hiring a Sales Director for LATAM located in Bogotá. You will lead hunting of new logos, shape integrated offers across business strategy, data, cloud and AI, and grow Keyrus as a trusted executive partner.

You will drive aggressive new logo hunting, manage regional targets, coach the LATAM sales team, and establish repeatable processes with CRM discipline. Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• MBA or executive education is an asset.
• 10+ years in consultative B2B sales with regional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute LATAM go-to-market strategy and target accounts.
• Own regional new-business targets, pipeline health and forecast, reporting to CEO of Americas.
• Lead the LATAM sales team; hire, coach and drive accountability.
• Develop alliances with technology vendors and partners to feed the pipeline.
• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, RFI/RFP/SoW, negotiation.
