Jeeves is seeking a detail-oriented KYC/B Onboarding Analyst to join our growing onboarding team in Bogotá. This role blends case review with building automated flows using Claude and internal tooling to improve efficiency while preserving compliance integrity.

You’ll manage applications across NAM, EMEA, and LATAM and work with Compliance, Legal and Account Management on complex cases. You’ll review due diligence, gather documents, and stay current with regional regulatory requirements,

Formación

• 1–2 years in KYC/KYB, compliance, onboarding, or finance-related field
• Familiarity with AML/CFT concepts is a plus
• Experience in fintech/banking is desirable

Responsabilidades

• Review KYC/KYB applications across NAM, EMEA, LATAM with regulatory compliance in mind
• Manage ticket queue in HubSpot and escalate blockers as needed
• Automate onboarding flows using Claude and internal tools to reduce manual work
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows while maintaining controls
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Account Management on escalated cases
