Rapyd is seeking an Onboarding Analyst to perform comprehensive KYB due diligence reviews and ensure AML/CTF compliance across Europe and LATAM. You will make risk-based decisions, prepare regulatory and risk reports for senior stakeholders, and drive process improvements to streamline onboarding workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in fintech AML, strong analytics, and proficiency with JIRA and G-Suite to support global operations.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of AML/CTF experience in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Advanced to fluent English for global collaboration.
• Proven ability to make complex, risk-based decisions and escalate appropriately.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to generate reports and actionable insights.
• Experience with workflow tools like JIRA, G-Suite, or MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Execute KYB and due diligence reviews for merchants across regions.
• Make risk-based onboarding decisions and resolve escalations.
• Prepare regulatory, AML, and risk reports for committees and leadership.
• Lead process improvements to optimize onboarding workflows.
• Manage case queues and documentation using internal tools.
