Jobtailor in Bogotá seeks an Operations Support professional to manage end-to-end customer service tasks, including order entry, validation, and delivery coordination. You will ensure accurate data and timely service by monitoring order progress and resolving issues.

Collaborating with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams, you will maintain ERP data and support process improvements while upholding quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Demonstrates knowledge of order to cash or supply chain processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end customer service operations including order entry, validation, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor order status and inventory to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on order status, returns, and inquiries.
