Kaplan is seeking a Junior Human Resources Generalist to support talent attraction, selection and onboarding. You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, assist staff administration and employee relations, and support leaders on HR matters across the organization.

You will handle documentation, maintain HR records and help prepare HR reports. The role includes collaboration with hiring managers and participation in HR development initiatives to drive organizational success.

Formación

• A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably with recruitment emphasis.
• Familiar with onboarding and staff management processes.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems such as Workday/SmartRecruiters/SAP.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient English language ability.

• Provide support to co-workers and leaders on HR policies and processes.

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

The Junior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting human management processes, with a focus on talent attraction and selection. The position will participate in the full recruitment cycle, as well as in activities related to onboarding, staff administration, employee relations, and supporting the organization’s leaders on human resources matters.

Main Responsabilites

Requirements

• Professional in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with an emphasis on recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of onboarding and staff management processes.
• Experience with ATS and Human Resources systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar)..
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English.
• Location: Carrera 19 # 95-20, Bogotá, Colombia
• Work schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (on-site)
