Kaplan International is seeking a Junior Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding and HR operations at our Bogotá campus. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and coordinating interview processes with hiring leaders.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR with ATS exposure and strong Excel and English skills, and will contribute to onboarding and HR reporting. This position is on-site in Bogotá, Colombia.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of onboarding and staff management processes.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English.

Responsabilidades

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle for different roles.
• Post job openings on employment boards and professional networks.

Requirements

• Professional in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with an emphasis on recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of onboarding and staff management processes.
• Experience with ATS and Human Resources systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English.

Work schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (on-site)
