Publicis Production in Bogotá is seeking a Jr. Asset Manager to support day-to-day management of digital assets using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will upload assets, apply metadata, and help ensure accuracy and consistency across the DAM.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, audit metadata, export reports, and assist in maintaining high-quality DAM workflows while enjoying a hybrid work arrangement and access to global vacancies within Publicis Groupe.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in digital asset management or related fields.
• Understanding of metadata and digital asset organization.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive improvements in asset management processes.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Education: Information Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsabilidades

• Upload approved digital asset into Adobe Asset Manager-(AEM) DAM.
• Apply and validate metadata according to established taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata standards.
• Ensure assets are organized in the correct folder structure and are completed following documented process.
• Perform quality assurance to verify asset accuracy, and metadata completeness.
• Export metadata reports from AEM for audit reviews.
• Review metadata reports to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent metadata and assist with resolution efforts.
• Assist in documenting, and following DAM process, workflows, and best practices.
• Escalate metadata, or system issues to Managing Asset Manager.
