Publicis Groupe's Publicis Production Hub (PPH) in Bogotá is seeking a Junior Art Director to develop visual ideas and execute campaigns. You will design assets across channels, support brainstorming, and adapt work to brand guidelines while learning from a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in design, advertising, or creative fields (internships included).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/video skills are a plus.
• Interest in design, brands, trends, and culture.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• AI-based learning platform Marcel available with Udemy/LinkedIn Learning access and global vacancies.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute creative assets across different formats and channels.
• Support idea generation in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
• Adapt assets according to brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Assist in the creation of presentations and visual materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters and multidisciplinary teams (strategy, account, production).
• Actively participate in project development and team culture.
• Receive and apply feedback to improve work quality.
• Manage assigned tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
