Publicis Groupe's Publicis Production Hub in Colombia seeks a Junior Art Director to contribute to visual ideas and creative execution. You will learn design, visual storytelling, and brand building while collaborating with strategy, account, and production teams.

The Junior Art Director is a developing professional who contributes to the development of visual ideas and creative execution within the team. This role actively participates in the creation of assets and campaigns, bringing a fresh perspective, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn, while strengthening their skills in design, visual storytelling, and brand building.

What you'll do:

• Design and execute creative assets across different formats and channels.
• Support idea generation in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
• Adapt assets according to brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Assist in the creation of presentations and visual materials.

Who you are:

• 1 - 2 year of experience in design, advertising, or creative fields (internships included).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/video skills are a plus.
• Interest in design, brands, trends, and culture.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Communication skills, teamwork, and a learning attitude.
