AJC International, Inc. is seeking a junior credit specialist to join the ISA-Helix Credit & Risk Management team.

The role focuses on managing customer credit exposure, driving collections performance, and ensuring sound risk assessment practices across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, Treasury, and Finance teams to align on risk strategies and resolve disputes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to interpret financial statements and cash flow.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct credit risk assessments using financial statements, cash flow, and market risk review.
• Recommend credit limits and terms aligned with risk policies.
• Monitor accounts receivable exposure and identify high-risk accounts.
• Drive proactive collections with direct customer engagement to resolve overdue balances.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, Treasury, and Finance teams on risk strategies.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and dashboards for management decisions.
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
