Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) in Bogotá is seeking a Junior Collections Analyst to support secure handling of client funds and build strong client relationships. You’ll be the main contact for payment inquiries and ensure timely collections.

You’ll monitor cash metrics, reconcile daily transactions, and work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. A 1+ year background in accounting or credit control and a numerical degree are ideal.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, credit control, or client interaction.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a numerical subject.
• Ability to manage financial transactions with precision and explain complex issues in simple terms.
