Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care is seeking an AR & Credit Analyst to support Accounts Receivable and credit operations across Latin America, ensuring accurate customer accounts, timely order releases, and reliable reporting. The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Services, and Finance to manage portfolios, reconcile accounts, and monitor past-due balances.

Key responsibilities include executing collections, AR reconciliations, and supporting credit analysis while maintaining credit limits and payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute AR collections for the assigned customer AR (customers or defined market).
• Perform periodic AR reconciliations of assigned accounts.
• Support credit analysis and maintain customer credit limits as approved.
• Release sales orders in accordance with approved credit terms and aging status.
• Prepare recurring AR and Credit operational reports (aging, balances, DSO support data).
