AJC International is seeking a highly skilled Junior Credit Specialist to join our ISA-Helix Credit & Risk Management team. This role supports credit and collections activities, focusing on managing customer credit exposure, driving collections performance, and ensuring sound risk assessment practices.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong financial and analytical expertise, and build effective working relationships across internal teams and external partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 1 year in credit and collections.
• Strong financial statement analysis skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct credit risk assessments using financial statements, cash flow, and market/industry risk.
• Recommend credit limits and terms aligned with risk policies.
• Monitor AR exposure and identify high-risk accounts.
• Drive proactive collections with direct customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, Treasury, and Finance teams on risk strategies.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and dashboards for management.
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
