Gallagher in Bogotá is seeking a Junior Collections Analyst to manage client funds and ensure timely collections. You will be the main contact for clients, resolve payment queries, and support accurate financial processes in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in accounting or credit control, fluency in Spanish and English, and a numerical Bachelor’s degree. You will explain complex issues simply, monitor cash metrics, and help improve processes to support client

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, credit control, or client interaction.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in a numerical subject.
• Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and deliver client service.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for clients on payment queries.
• Manage client accounts for timely collection and payment.
• Monitor metrics like debt, funding, and unallocated cash.
• Reconcile daily cash, calculate exchange rates, raise payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
