Ondaro is seeking an organized Event Coordinator to join our Marketing team. You will support planning and execution of events that advance our pipeline and showcase our brand at conferences, client workshops, and field activations.

You will coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and help prepare registration pages, run-of-show docs, signage, and collateral while keeping internal stakeholders informed. Exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing coordination, or related roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• Exposure to HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus.

Ondaro is looking for an organized, detail-driven Event Coordinator to join our Marketing team. You'll support the planning and execution of events that move pipeline forward and put our brand in front of the right people — from industry conferences to client workshops and field activations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate logistics for events such as venue sourcing, vendor communications, timelines, and materials
• Manage event timelines and track deliverables to keep projects moving
• Help prepare event materials including registration pages, run-of-show documents, signage, swag, and collateral
