Sii Group Colombia, a French multinational, is seeking an IT Business Manager to lead business development in technology consulting and staffing. You will own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with recruitment to ensure delivery timelines and SLA compliance.

The role requires deep IT market knowledge, experience in staff augmentation and software factory models, and a track record of growing accounts through hunting and farming.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT consulting firms, tech staffing, or software factory environments.
• Proven success selling and closing technology consulting services and IT talent solutions.
• Strong understanding of technology roles and ecosystems (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, SAP, Cloud, Architecture).
• Ability to hunt new accounts and farm existing ones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development strategies focused on technology consulting services.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Drive the sale and closure of technology consulting services and IT talent solutions.
• Develop new accounts (hunting) and grow existing ones (farming).
• Build technical-commercial proposals aligned with technology profiles (QA, DevOps, Data, Backend, SAP, Architecture, etc.).
• Manage margins, profitability, and commercial forecasting.
• Work strategically with the recruitment team to ensure delivery timelines, SLA compliance, and business sustainability.

We are seeking a professional with a deep understanding of the IT market, proven experience in Staff Augmentation and Software Factory models, and the ability to lead the full commercial cycle in highly technical consultative environments.
