Rapyd is seeking a Treasury Specialist to liaise with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and design IT systems to support treasury operations. The role involves integrating multiple systems, planning upgrades, and providing guidance across teams to ensure data integrity and performance.

The candidate will work with IT service management principles (ITIL) and possess strong help desk experience, English communication skills at B1-B2 level, and a solid understanding of databases and system

As a Treasury Specialist You Will Be Responsible For

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Develop and analyze functional specifications.
• Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.
• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams.
• Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
• Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
• Provide advice and technical training.
• Keep abreast of technology trends and developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field
• Experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role is desirable.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL for efficient service delivery.
• Help desk experience, focusing in client facing roles.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
• Basic system administration tasks, including user account management, system monitoring, and maintenance.
• Intermediate written and verbal communication abilities in English [B1-B2]
