Job summary

Maersk is seeking a seasoned IT/OT Package Lead for the Aqaba Terminal Upgrade Project. You will provide technical leadership across IT, OT, automation, networking, and systems integration, coordinating suppliers, contractors, and consultants to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

Emphasis on cybersecurity, HSSE, and seamless handover to operations. You will oversee planning, testing, commissioning, and Go-Live activities, ensuring interfaces with electrical, civil, and maintenance teams

Qualifications

Experience leading IT/OT package delivery on large-scale projects.
Ability to manage cross-disciplinary interfaces between IT/OT, electrical, civil, and operations.
Strong focus on cybersecurity, safety, and HSSE requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan and design IT/OT package activities, including architecture and infrastructure.
Coordinate deployment, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Lead contractor and stakeholder management with suppliers and integrators.
Manage interfaces and dependencies across IT/OT and other workstreams.
Promote safety, risk, compliance and project governance throughout delivery.
Support operational readiness and Go-Live activities with training and handover.
Document deliverables and ensure handover packages are complete.
