Maersk Line Limited is seeking a Client Program Manager to own the operational strategy for a global key customer. You will translate commitments into execution across Ocean and Logistics, driving improvements and value creation for both customer and Maersk.

You will manage global relationships, customer satisfaction, and retention, while coordinating an extended account team and ensuring compliant, efficient delivery with a strong focus on cost-to-serve and IT roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Foreign trade, International Relations, finance or related field.
• Certification on yellow belt, green belt, black belt, internal continuous improvement, or project management.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
• Experience in leadership roles in sales, operations, customer service or projects.

Responsabilités

• Sell by uncovering customer pain points and defining initiatives.
• Monitor service delivery performance globally or within scope.
• Own and resolve customer operational escalations.
• Design customer scorecards & KPIs.
• Engage with third party suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure SOPs and origin workshops are in place.
• Implement new/additional business including EDI.
• Manage financial measures and act as escalation point.
