Siemens Energy is seeking an IT/OT professional to join the Infrastructure Team at the Tenjo, Colombia site. You will enhance local IT/OT reliability, security, and performance, collaborating with global teams to implement scalable architecture and secure infrastructure for manufacturing operations.

The role emphasizes digital transformation, risk management, and alignment with cybersecurity standards, with a hybrid on-site work model and strong cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of IT/OT, networking, and infrastructure experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profibus).
• Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and IT/OT environments.
• ISO 27001 knowledge and industrial process exposure are a plus.
• Advanced English for collaboration with global teams.
