Auxis LLC is seeking a Junior Migration Program Manager to help ensure successful project delivery by coordinating day-to-day activities, maintaining documentation, and tracking actions and milestones across the program. This role collaborates with Senior Project Managers, stakeholders, and project teams to provide administrative support.

Formación

• 3–5 years' experience in a project management, project coordination, PMO role.
• Experience supporting business transformation, HR, technology, or operational projects. Oracle HCM knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall) and project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps

Responsabilidades

• Support Senior Project Managers with the planning and coordination of project activities.
• Schedule meetings, workshops, and project governance forums.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track actions to completion.
• Coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed on time.
• Assist with project communications.
• Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation and repositories, ensuring documents are current and properly version-controlled.
• Update project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), status reports, and trackers.
• Ensure project governance documentation is completed, reviewed, and stored appropriately.
• Support the creation of presentations, project updates, and reporting packs.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project activities against agreed timelines and milestones.
• Track progress of project tasks and follow up with owners on outstanding actions.
• Update project dashboards and reporting tools with accurate information.
• Escalate potential delays, risks, or issues to the Senior Project Manager.
• Prepare regular project status updates for stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for project-related administrative queries.
• Support communication between project teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.
• Assist in gathering requirements, feedback, and project information from stakeholders.
• Maintain stakeholder contact lists and communication plans.
• Support lessons learned reviews and project closure activities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project templates and standards.
• Risk, Issue & Change Support: Maintain risk, issues, and dependency logs.
• Track mitigation actions and follow up with responsible owners.
• Support change control activities by documenting requests and maintaining records
