Veho’s IT department is seeking an IT Administrator who will report to the Senior Manager of IT. The IT Helpdesk Associate oversees Veho’s remote employee infrastructure, software and account management for equipment, asset management, licenses, and day-to-day help desk requests.

The role requires supporting both Mac OS and Windows users with hands-on technical and logistical problem solving. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, this contractor engagement offers a pathway to growth within Veho’s global

Formación

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• Experience with SaaS tools such as Okta, Kandji/Intune, Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with basic networking to support warehouse IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Asset Management and purchasing.
• Some security experience and exposure.
• Experience with mobile asset management (scanners, Android devices).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee 100% of service requests, incidents and problems.
• Coordinate urgent and complex support issues and determine root causes.
• Onboard and offboard for employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with Security to maintain a secure digital environment.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and performance.
• Maintain accurate information across inventory and ticketing systems.
• Participate in on-call monitoring rotation.
• Manage identity access and IT policies.
