IntouchCX is seeking an enthusiastic IT Assistant to provide technical support for onsite and remote agents. You will install and test workstations, diagnose hardware problems, and ensure devices connect properly to the network, while keeping track of physical hardware and staying organized.

The role requires a high school diploma, adaptability to learn software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and test workstations (break/fix), fix performance issues, diagnose/replace hardware-related problems.
• Ensure workstations are functional and communicate properly on the network.
• Troubleshoot/report specific line of business program issues.
• Be accountable for tracking and organization of physical hardware.
• Be clean and organized within the IT department.
• Provide support for the IT Department - organization and cleanup as required.

About The Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable IT Assistant with a knack for problem-solving and a basic understanding of English. Proven ability to provide technical support to both onsite and remote agents, ensuring a smooth workflow.

As IT Assistant, You Will…

• Install and test workstations (break/fix), fix performance issues, diagnose/replace hardware-related problems
• Ensure workstations are functional (computer hardware peripherals/components) and communicate properly on the network
• Troubleshoot/ report specific line of business program issues
• Be accountable for tracking and organization of physical hardware
• Be clean and organized within the IT department
• Provide support for the IT Department - ‘organization and cleanup’ as required
