Kinship Ventures seeks an Investment Analyst to support fundraising and investment work for its founder-led platform. You will draft LP updates, build market maps, conduct diligence and prepare memos, while coordinating deal materials with a strong emphasis on writing.

• 2–3 years in VC, investment banking, consulting, startup ops or a founder's office.
• Direct exposure to fundraising, investor relations or LP communications.
• Exceptional written English and credibility on calls with senior investors.
• Strong base in financial modeling, market sizing and competitive analysis; familiarity with term sheets and cap tables.

Responsabilidades

• Draft LP updates, recaps and outreach; manage LP pipeline and create fund decks, one-pagers and data room materials.
• Build market maps, thematic research and investment theses; conduct primary calls with operators and experts; assist market sizing and diligence.
• Coordinate diligence, data requests and document tracking; keep deal materials current.
• Turn meetings into accurate recaps and draft materials for LPs, founders and co-investors.
