STIIIZY is seeking a Retail Inventory Associate to manage daily store inventory, verify shipments, and maintain accurate stock levels within the California Track and Trace system. You will ensure timely replenishment, accurate labeling, and smooth product flow to the sales floor.

The role requires strong math skills, experience with Excel/Sheets, and familiarity with POS systems, with benefits including medical insurance and discounts. Open to energetic, team-oriented individuals.

Formación

  • Retail inventory experience preferred (1-2 years).
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word and/or Google Sheets/docs.
  • METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Work as a team player and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Manage inventory and verify deliveries against the Manifest.
  • Maintain FIFO and accurate product flow on the sales floor.
  • Ensure proper labeling and compliance with METRC and POS systems.
  • Assist in daily/weekly inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Stock the sales floor and prep new SKUs for display.

Position Overview

Retail Inventory Associatesare responsible forday-to-dayinventory management at the retail storefront. They ensure inventory counts and shipments areaccurate. Theyassistin verification and receiving product shipments and in the organization of products within storage and on the sales floor. They also ensure products are received within the California Track and Trace system (METRC) and POSsystem andhaveappropriate labelsbefore being transferred to the sales floor. Theyare responsible forproper product flow to ensure all products are readily available for customers by stocking the sales floor per business needs.

This position is a full-time role at $20.50/hour

  • Collaborate with staff to improve standard operating procedures and strategies to increase sales and better customer experience.
  • Responsible for receiving and verifying all deliveries against the Manifest
  • Responsible for keeping track of products using FIFO
  • Responsible for receiving,verifyingand processing all new inventory inPoint-of-Salesystem
  • Responsible for stocking the sales floor and ensuring all active inventory is represented on the sales floor ina timelyand efficient manner
  • Execute order fulfillment cycles with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliant andaccuratelabeling of products for efficient POS practices.
  • Monitor productexpirationdates and process expired or waste products according to proper compliance procedures and update/maintainlog of all defective or expired products
  • Maintain organization and storage of Cannabis products according to DCC and California Compliance standards.
  • Audit the physical inventory to ensure accuracy with numbers reflected in the system
  • Assistwith daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory evaluation and verification procedures
  • Investigate and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintainan accurateaccount of non-stock and unavailable inventory
  • Implement cannabis waste procedures and schedule per California Compliance Standards
  • Prep all newSKUs to be merchandised on the sales floorfornew products to be displayedin a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Inventory experience in a retail environment preferred (1-2 years)
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Proficiencyusing Microsoft Excel and Word and/or Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software experience (preferred)
