The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Lieutenant to supervise coordination efforts in investigations and intelligence gathering for security threat groups.

You will provide intelligence to the contracting agency and facility management as required. You will oversee intelligence collection on suspected group activities, track incidents, help develop policies for custody, security, and treatment, and respond to major unusual occurrences.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year detention officer experience.
• Minimum 2 years field supervision experience.
• College coursework in behavioral sciences or related field preferred.
• Must be mature, able to handle mental stress.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee collection of intelligence and information on suspected security threat groups.
• Identify and track gang or threat group activities at the facility.
• Develop and implement policies for custody, security, and treatment pertain to investigations.
• Respond to major unusual occurrences as trained.
• Direct the work of other employees, including hiring and training.

Detention officer experience

Supervisory experience

Educación
