About you

• Familiarity with Salesforce, APIs, middleware, and system integrations (technical depth is a plus but not required).
• A knack for managing end-to-end processes and working with multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong communication skills—you’ll be comfortable explaining complex issues in simple terms to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating testing and validation activities to ensure smooth system interactions.
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus.
