• You’ll work from home and can be located anywhere in the world. You’ll need a quiet space, fast internet, and the discipline to stay on task without close supervision.

What You Will Do

As an Appointment Setting Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is to respond quickly online and by phone, build rapport, qualify leads, and guide them toward the next steps in our sales process: a paid consultation with our Consultation Specialists.

You will drive immediate engagement, forge genuine connections, and strategically qualify leads by truly understanding their needs. Leveraging your persuasive skills, you’ll seamlessly guide potential clients toward a booked consultation.

What You Will Get

• Salary commensurate with experience, but above market norms. Pay may increase quickly if you’re a great fit for the firm and do an outstanding job.

• You will receive three weeks of vacation annually. Additionally, all employees, including those based outside the United States, are off work on all U.S. federal holidays (11). You will not be off on non‑U.S. holidays, but will be compensated in line with your country’s laws for work done on local holidays.
