Scotiabank is seeking a professional to support Identity Lifecycle Management within Identity and Access Management Operations. The role focuses on provisioning user identities, managing accounts, and safeguarding privileged access across the enterprise.

The candidate should have experience with Active Directory and LDAP, familiarity with SailPoint/Centrify or similar PAM solutions, and ServiceNow. English fluency (B2) is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

• Experience managing users and permissions in Active Directory and LDAP systems.
• English fluency mandatory – at least B2.
• Diploma in Computer Science or technical equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Support the achievement of information security objectives in identity and access management.
• Ensure logical access control is effectively implemented enterprise-wide.
• Assist with onboarding and management of privileged access and related tools (SailPoint, Centrify, ServiceNow).
• Collaborate with business units to ensure understanding of responsibilities regarding logical access controls.

Purpose

The Identity Lifecycle Management team within the Identity and Access Management Operations is responsible for the execution of established security controls pertaining to identity and access. This includes the centralized provisioning of user identities, the user accounts linked to those identities, management of privileged access, as well as the selection and integration of identity management tools.

Accountabilities

• The incumbent is responsible for supporting the achievement of the Bank’s information security objectives of integrity, confidentiality/privacy, availability, and continuity by:
• Ensuring logical access control is effectively implemented across the Enterprise
• Addressing logical access and risks commensurate with the Bank’s risk appetite
• Providing support for logical access such as AD, Microsoft Entra, LDAP, workstation local admin, vFilers, privileged access, toxic combinations (i.e. SOD) etc. for applications and platforms
• Supporting the business to understand their responsibilities with respect to logical access controls

Education / Experience / Other Information (include only those that are specific to the role)

• Experience managing users, user permissions in Active Directory and LDAP systems
• Experience with SailPoint, Centrify/ similar PAM solution for ID/User onboarding and management, and ServiceNow
• Diploma in Computer Science or technical equivalent
• 1 years technical work experience
• Microsoft Azure\Entra platform experience is an asset
• Technical designations an asset (i.e. Security+, MCSE, MCSA)
• English fluency mandatory – at least B2
• Spanish fluency would be an asset

Working Conditions

Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
