Mastercard Inc. is seeking an Information Security Operations Analyst to support identity access management for internal employees and external customers.
The role focuses on automating access provisioning, strengthening security controls, and providing analytics-driven insights to enable access decisions. You will engage with regional leaders to understand needs, support governance reviews, and identify opportunities to streamline IAM workflows using data analytics and automation.

Identity Access Management teams are responsible for end to end providing services to support internal employees and external customers capabilities to retrieve physical and logical access to Mastercard systems and applications. The Employee Identity Access Management Program, within Corporate Security is laser focused on automating access using analytics data, executing on access strategy to be an enabler to the business, while creating and fostering a robust security controls environment The purpose of this job is to identify ways to leverage the access data to answer important business questions. This would include automating access and streamlining processes - truly understanding end to end provisioning of access across enterprise platforms, and innovating techniques to use and communicate data in new and more effective ways to influencing how access should be granted to users.
