Mastercard Inc. is seeking an Information Security Operations Analyst to support identity access management for internal employees and external customers.

The role focuses on automating access provisioning, strengthening security controls, and providing analytics-driven insights to enable access decisions. You will engage with regional leaders to understand needs, support governance reviews, and identify opportunities to streamline IAM workflows using data analytics and automation.

Formación

• Strong grounding in information security concepts and controls.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and identify anomalies.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI, GLBA, SOX) in security context.

Responsabilidades

• Manage identity access queries and consulting services to internal teams, including training.
• Support IAM system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to governance and certification processes (transfers, access reviews).
• Collaborate with peers to ensure least-privilege access and workflow improvements.
• Research and implement new methods to improve security in IAM space.
• Provide input from regional leadership on business needs for improvements.
• Assist in voice of the customer efforts to translate requirements into IAM solutions.
