SoftwareOne in Medellín seeks a Microsoft Cybersecurity Analyst to help administer, monitor, and operate security tools across corporate environments. You will work with Microsoft Security technologies to protect data and devices, implementing protection controls and responding to incidents.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure service security and continuity while growing your expertise in Microsoft Sentinel, Intune, and Purview in a dynamic, global company.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel with hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of device management and administration using Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, especially Information Protection and DLP.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions.

• Implement and maintain information protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls using Microsoft Purview.
• Manage cybersecurity incidents, requests, and operational activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure service security and continuity.

What we need to see from you

• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel.
• Knowledge of device management and administration using Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, particularly in Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

Required Certifications

This position requires availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with flexibility to adjust schedules based on service or customer needs.
