Formación

• 4–8 years of experience in fast-paced, high-change environments.
• Experience in Operations roles in high-growth startups, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 level required).

• Design, document, and standardize end-to-end implementation processes.
• Implement and manage execution tracking tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Implementation team.
