JLL is seeking a Performance Manager BI for IFM to drive performance excellence across multiple facilities. You will analyze data, develop dashboards, and partner with operations to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong analytics, BI tool proficiency, and experience in performance reporting within IFM. On-site Bogotá location offers collaborative environment and continuous improvement opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Specialist’s degree or Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure and improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities across the region.
• Collaborate with facility managers and operations teams to establish performance improvement plans and drive accountability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable performance insights to senior management and operations teams.
