Citi Colombia is seeking an experienced BI Team Lead to shape our data strategy in Bogota and lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, AI experts, and visualization professionals. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights, driving advanced analytics, and partnering with senior leaders to deliver business value.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in BI, Data Science, or analytics.
• Proven track record of leading and developing technical teams of data scientists, analysts, or BI developers.
• Experience managing full analytics/BI project lifecycle for complex solutions.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals.
• Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end BI solutions including dashboards and predictive models.
• Elevate insights from descriptive to prescriptive and predictive analytics.
• Drive AI/ML adoption to enhance analytics capabilities and automation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic questions into analytics.
• Establish agile, governance, and QA practices for robust BI delivery.
• Stay updated on AI/data visualization trends and foster continuous learning.
