Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bogotá is seeking a Performance Manager BI for IFM to drive performance excellence and optimize service delivery across facilities. You will apply data analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve operations.

Collaborate with facility managers, operations teams, and IT to implement dashboards, tools, and data-driven solutions that enhance client satisfaction and support strategic decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Specialist's degree or Master's degree is a plus.
• 2+ years in performance management, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure and improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities across the region.
• Collaborate with facility managers and operations teams to establish performance improvement plans and drive accountability.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track performance, operational trends, and business indicators.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on the effective use of performance management and BI tools and systems.
