Kuehne+Nagel in Cali, Colombia, seeks a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to build strong customer relationships and coordinate with operations for timely, high-quality maritime shipments.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service within freight forwarding or logistics, with knowledge of international trade and export/import operations. Hybrid work, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays, in Cali.

Formación

• Professional, technical or technological background in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Care.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding companies, cargo agencies, customs agencies or related logistics environments.
• Knowledge of International Trade and maritime logistics operations.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, managing requests, inquiries and operational follow-up.
• Experience in export operations is highly desirable; import experience can also be considered.
• Knowledge of the financial management of shipments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and strengthen the relationship with customers throughout their Sea Logistics operations.
• Attend to customer requests, inquiries and operational requirements, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Follow up on maritime shipments and provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding their operations.
• Maintain close communication and coordination with the (OCC) at Kuehne+Nagel.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the operational back-office to ensure the correct execution of shipments.
• Follow up on operational and financial information related to customer shipments.
• Review, validate and update information in databases.
