International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a university intern for a 12-month role in Bogota, Colombia. The hybrid position supports the Sales Scent team with project coordination and administrative tasks, focusing on client communications and data management.

The ideal candidate is an active student in business-related fields with strong English skills and good Excel abilities, ready to contribute to cross-functional projects with regional teams.

Formación

• Active university student in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Marketing or related field.
• Currently between the 3rd and 7th semester of studies.
• Available for a 12-month internship program.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support commercial projects and account-related activities for the Sales Scent team.
• Follow up on ongoing customer projects and ensure timely progress of key deliverables.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, agendas and action plans with internal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation and organization of commercial presentations and materials.
• Coordinate sample shipments and related documentation for customers.
• Maintain and update account information and project trackers.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for customer-focused initiatives.
• Assist with reporting and data management activities using Microsoft Office tools.
