SAMY Latam is seeking a senior technical project manager to lead technology projects and serve as the bridge between engineering teams and clients in Bogotá. You will ensure efficient project execution, technical alignment, and clear communication throughout the lifecycle.

Requires 6–7 years in tech project management or leadership, hands-on software development experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Hybrid work with global client engagement is offered.

Formación

• 6–7 years of experience in technical project management or technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience as a software developer.
• Ability to understand code, software architecture, and development processes.
• Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and DevOps.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate technology projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Identify and help resolve technical blockers with Development, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Organize, prioritize, and coordinate team activities.
• Manage relationships with international clients and lead project status meetings.
