Rockwell Automation is seeking a Project Administrator to ensure successful execution and financial performance of the LCS project portfolio. You will review contracts, manage invoicing, and collaborate with project managers to drive governance and financial controls.

The role requires business administration or engineering background, 3+ years in project administration, and English proficiency. Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS) and Power BI is advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in project administration.
• English speaking and writing skills (Intermediate - Advanced).
• Knowledge of ERP systems, project accounting and revenue recognition (POC).

Responsabilidades

• Review contracts and purchase orders for compliance with policies and terms.
• Develop Sales Orders and project data within ERP systems (IFS).
• Manage contract amendments, change orders, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project forecasting activities related to revenue, costs, cash flow and gross margin.
• Coordinate invoicing of services, software, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, and reporting for governance meetings.
