Rockwell Automation is seeking a DevOps Team Lead to guide a team of engineers responsible for CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and cloud infrastructure that power our software delivery.

You'll balance hands-on technical work with leadership, coaching engineers, coordinating delivery, and partnering with development and operations teams to keep platforms reliable, secure, and improving. The role reports to the Engineering Manager.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• 5+ years of DevOps/platform engineering experience with team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of DevOps engineers.
• Coordinate backlog and delivery, ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and competency development.
