Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience handling phone calls, emails, and professional conversations.
• Experience updating systems, managing records, and handling documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contact agents by phone to request, confirm, and update information.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails in English.
• Collect and follow up on outstanding paperwork and documentation.
• Upload documents and enter or update information in internal systems.
• Review incoming emails and update agent records accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of agent information.
• Follow up proactively on missing information and pending requests.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
