Kaizen Gaming is expanding its Customer Experience operations in Colombia and seeks an analyst to drive data-driven insights. You will analyze customer data, map journeys, evaluate feedback, and present recommendations to product and CX teams. A background in analytics and strong communication are essential. Hybrid work model with competitive pay is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Psychology, Anthropology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or customer experience.
• Gambling industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping is advantageous.
• AI-first mindset and active use of AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends and pain points.
• Map customer journeys and collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize the experience.
• Analyze feedback from surveys, interviews and support interactions to generate improvement ideas.
• Create reports and present insights to cross-functional teams and management.
• Support development of customer-centric strategies with various stakeholders.
